Clearly I was stupid
To be so naive
And go and do something so stupid.
I hope you know you confuse me,
And well he was pretty straight forward
Just said what he thought and asked me
And I just went in and forgot
I feel really stupid
I know now that it may not work out
Because I was so clueless and not thinking
I feel like I ruined something that could have been great
I like to start a new year with a clean slate
But instead put a big mess on my plate
Some way to start a new year
To start with a broken heart
